*REFLECTION* 1 - *Food for thought.*   *_What makes a school_*  The five words that comes to my mind when I hear the word School - Learning, teachers, friends, activities & bell  "Building relationship with children is by far the most important thing a teacher can do. Without a solid foundation & relationships built on the trust & respect , no quality learning will happen." The role of school in building social skills is vital as it will ensure that students develop the ability to interact with people from different backgrounds and understand them better. The role of school cannot be stressed enough when it comes to building interpersonal and communication skills among kids. *Teacher- Student Relationship*  One of most sacred relationship in the world is that of a teacher & a student. The relationship between a teacher and a student is a unique bond. It’s a blend of respect, trust, and mutual learning. Teachers and students are the two ends of knowledge-building in society. This is why it’s so important for a rapport between them to be well constructed and to allow students to be the protagonists of their own learning process. Sometimes, students are under pressure to accomplish so much within a short time, and a good student-teacher relationship may aid them in overcoming such challenges. A relationship that acts as a guiding light to spot any problem right after conception.
